Klaus has lived a long and eventful life, but it's the first time he's received an e-mail from a President. He doesn't know the twelves colonies of Kobol, but it doesn't sound as if the man is president of a goodwill association or anything of the like, so he will consider it a first. Of course, he's curious about a President that is also a scientist, and much as he is not about to give anyone his blood (it is too precious, in more than one way, and can be used in entirely too many spells that could affect him), he is even more curious to know what they might have found in it, and whether it might not be possible to counter the effects of whatever they have been injected.
When he walks up to the lab doorway on Level Three, the man inside is just standing there looking somewhat wistful, and Klaus wonders if he might not be the other doctor. The one that is probably not a President. He looks a bit like an idiot right now, after all.
Klaus walks leisurely into the lab, heading towards the man. "Are you one of our new doctors, then?"
