Docking Post 3: Truly like the Stories

It was like nothing that Sansa had ever seen before. She stood at the edge of the grand hall, and watched the dancers - spinning in something that resembled a waltz, the dresses sparkling in the lights, with both humans and creatures and Animals alike joining in the festivities. There was music - largely from the four men playing instruments in the corner, but a Faun had joined them playing pipes, and the same woman who had shoo'd Sansa into her rooms and helped her with her dress and braid her hair stopped to urge Sansa onto the dancefloor - and she twisted to look over her shoulder, only to realise that the dozen or so people that she had come here with - Lady Grantham, the Hound, and Tyrion among so many others - were here as well.

What was too good to be true likely was to good to be true, but after the elaborate dinner, after the people falling over themselves to greet them, to wine and dine and celebrate their coming, she found herself unable to resist. It was like this was some sort of fairy tale, and they were the slightly bewildered heroes.

Life may not be like the stories, but this trip was, and she fully intended to enjoy it, even though there may be a cost. A flute of wine was pressed into her hand, and she saluted her companions, knowing that she may not be the only one so taken with this place.
