Steve has spent most of the day in the Porta Ianulis, talking to people and trying to get them all organized in the face of the brand new giant countdown staring them in the face. The computer people are working on it harder than ever, and he's happy to let them do their thing, but he wants a security protocole put in place to protect the civilians as best as they can in case of another disaster event.

They have no idea what to prepare for, but they're going to give it their best, so he stops everybody walking by to have a word, or more, with them.
