Amy doesn't really know who Erik is, but it's time for a party, and she and Kate have already talked about doing the whole surprise-birthday thing so it's not a shock that she's on hand the second that Lwaxana sends her email. She grins at Lwaxana, and it's sort of the first big thing on the station that she's been to, and it's... weird, trying to put names to faces, so she's hoping people introduce themselves, or at least say something.
