Klaus arrives late, after the surprise is over, and not in the least dressed up. He's in his usual jeans, t-shirt and jacket, and his eyes naturally seek out Caroline in the crowd before he heads for the bar and picks up the first drink he can get his hands on, some green liquor called ambrosia. Probably not the stuff of Greek gods, but it tastes good enough for him, and if it takes some of the edge off, all the better.
