At this point, Newt is sort of the alligator in the sewers -legendary and definitely [probably] not there. But she's been in the back of Sharon's mind since her very first venture in the vents, when she'd found Newt's 'bedroom'. Of course, after so many months, Sharon's hoping there's nothing more to find than that -there's no way she's mentally prepared to find the body of a little kid today.

"You know what they say, Bert; no Newt is good Newt." It's a terribly black joke, but it's Bert's fault for bringing her up in the first place. Sharon gets back to crawling.

"Oh, and fun fact: that light I saw was just my headlamp playing against an opening in the pipe. I've got an up or a left."
